Online Pay Statement System

1. Access Online Pay Statement System (http://10.50.20.6/)

(the system will not be available during the payroll processing period, from the 25^th day till the end of the month)

2. Before access the system, you need to apply for an inquiry password

1. When: After receiving the first paycheck
2. How: Please mail cgu_personnel@mail.cgu.edu.tw with the following information
   1. Name
   2. ID
   3. Department
   4. Phone extension
3. Normally, you will receive your password within 5 working days.

3. Chinese-English Pay Statement form
4. During tax season, you can use the system to download information for filing Taiwan Income Tax.
5. If you have specific questions about your salary, please send an email inquiry (to for faculty and staff or for research assistants) with the following information
   1. Name
   2. ID
   3. Department
   4. Phone extension
   5. Description of your questions

To help us speed up the process, you can also attach

1. 6. a copy of your monthly pay statement in question
   7. a copy of the front cover of your bank passbook and/or the specific inner page in question
